Accelerated Management Training Program

This program is designed to promote management trainees to Loan Officers and future managers for the corporation. The program's purpose is to teach the skill sets necessary to be the best Loan Officers and future managers in the mortgage industry.

The training program is three to six months in length, and is a combination of innovative training modules, interactive classroom instruction, and on the job comprehensive relief assignments. Candidates must meet education and credit requirements to be considered for the program.

Program Objectives:

  • Prepares management trainees to take on Loan Officer position and future management positions
  • Develops an understanding of the roles and responsibilities to manage sales employees
  • Increases learning curve which eases the adjustment once promoted
  • Builds functional mortgage expertise for succession into management positions
