All forms and paperwork were delivered in a manner - faster than I expected, and you made them easy to understand. As a financial person myself, I trusted you and was confident in everything you explained. Everything was as clear and concise as possible, especially when dealing with the reams of Government forms required for an FHA loan.

The biggest positive of the entire experience was the effort and dedication: we were extremely limited in finding a mortgage product that would work for my situation - yet, you were very persistent and creative in finding ways that would, not only, work in getting me the best loan, but also making sure that I was comfortable with the choice.

My husband and I, just wanted to take a few minutes to thank Megan, our loan officer, and FFG, for the exceptional service that we received. We feel very lucky to, accidentally, stumble upon FFG. Honestly, we have been putting off refinancing our home loan for about 2 years, remembering what a pain it was the last time we did it. The last time it took forever and was very stressful.

But recently, we decided with interest rates falling, so low, that we could not wait any longer! We have received calls from about 100 mortgage companies, but David and I chose to call FFG back - above them all. Kevin, the original person that called us, was professional, friendly and actually left a message.

We can honestly say, it was one of the best decisions we have ever made! From the start, it was an amazing experience. We really liked that we always had contact numbers, so we could call anytime with questions or concerns. Also, we were kept informed on what was happening, daily.

We could not believe that were told our house would refinance and close in two weeks â-" and it actually happened. David and I, could not believe it!! We were also told to check the insurance on our house and, by using FFG for that, actually started paying less than half than we were originally paying.

Megan, you and Kevin were so professional, and we want you to know that we really felt important during this process. It was hard to even tell that you were working on other accounts. We were able to change our house to a 15-year-mortgage from a 30-year-mortgage, with basically the same monthly payment.

Not only that, but we understood everything that was going on because you explained it thoroughly. We will recommend your company to any family and friends that are looking to refinance or buy a new home.
